A couple months back i saw a car on tv, i think it was a Ligier js20. It was competing in the Tour de France car rally that was aired on Speed TV. Does anybody have any pics or other info on this car?

Check the event section on UCP, there is a review of the Tour de France, with a pic of the Ligier. It's actually the JS2 and not 21. After the JS2 Ligier only made F1 cars. JS stands for Jo Schlesser a good friend of Guy Ligier, who died in 1968 while trying to race a brandnew, but underdeveloped aircooled Honda F1 car at Rouen.
