Now, you see i have a Creative Zen Touch, i dropped it outside the school on the concreate and it still works!! It has huge dents in it and is scratched up. It still works.

To fix this problem here is a method from the apple site that never fails, and you get to keep all your playlists and songs n stuff!
Press & hold the menu button and the select button (the one in the middle) and the screen goes blank. Then the apple logo appears and you can turn it on again! It worked for me, my iPod froze for no reason while I was walking down the high street!

I tried the Sony earphones...and they broke. The chord for those split and they weren't even being abused - so I ended up buying the Apple versions for £35 and they're much better made, sound even better and go with the iPod looks wise.
