This challenge might be really, really close this time. Just like the MotorMate commercials say, this car does have whip-tastic handling. Be careful though in the very tight and narrow esses. The back end can easily slide around and possibly come out in front of you. If you lower the weight and raise the power you may genuinely want to consider the traction control. If you've got problems manuevering through the narrow streets you can try practicing with a fully modded Dodge Ram. They're two completely different vehicles, but the hugeness of the truck will make it much easier once you hop into the Mini.

We're in Arcade mode though, I don't think suspension upgrades etc feature. Correct me if I'm wrong though! I was just referring to the quick-tune feature (ie 20% more hp, 10% less weight).Originally Posted by TheOne

This is a fun one too, haven't driven this course since I went through the license test.
I hate this track. I hate wheelspin. I hate understeer-snap oversteer FWD cars.

yahoo just dipped into the 1:52s
anyone in agreement that this thing boils its wheels like a true super-rice?
It's the &^*#ing track, you can't get any traction... The car pulls better in 3rd gear than feathering it in 1st.

I did a few laps without TC... then i gave that up once tc was on i started improving steadily im down to a 1:50.906 but i have beat that by over 7/10s in first segment so sub 1:50 shouldnt be too hard
also- is hitting the walls allowed in this comp? i have been a little bit, its really hard on those steep twisty streets
that is one scorching time... i thought mine was effen quick but that is just mind bogglingOriginally Posted by SIMPLETON
on the exit of the really fast left-right-left-right my ass hits the wall abit at the end, other than that anywhere else where this could happen just slows ya down before a straight. that lap where i did the 1:52ish wasnt hittin any walls. ill give it another go 2nite after the finalie of the OC
Im down to around there also, give or take a few thousandths of a second.Originally Posted by Bob
