never the SLR the disproportions of which are only exceeded by the Cheetah from the sixties.

mclaren should be ashamed of themselves; the F1 was 2500lbs and the SLR is 3900lbs.
guess the mercedes badges add all the weight.

neither, but i wouldnt mind the mclaren.

if money is no object, then the SLR. They aren't really comparable because of the price difference.

I'd prefer the SL65 AMG, simply because I hate the way the SLR looks.

SL65 for practicality, value and engine noise.
SLR for supercar appearance, feel and attractive over-the-topness

SL65 because even the guys at Mclaren fear it.

Why has nobody mentioned the fact that you can go top-down with the SL65? I'm not a great cabrio fan, but with an engine like that, why would you ever want to stop the noise getting in?!?!

If it was my own money, I'd go the next step down and have the SLK55. That thing's just bonkers!
