yeah an American B1 pilot tried to attack the Houses of Parliament to destroy the copies of the Downing Street Notes.
I', presuming it's from a commercial movie as the quality of the CGI are pretty neat.

Logically it's fake because no B-2's had been shot down in any city. But I would say it's real because the B-2 part may be fake to lure the family's attention while the choppers and tanks sneak up on them.

I'm not sure, but it may be the scene from one of the very recent Doctor Who TV shows (I surfed past it several times), I think the story was about aliens killing members of British Parliament and using them as "human suits" ... there was something about an alien spacecraft (looked remotely like a B1, i think) shot down but it was a decoy created by the real aliens.
....something along those lines I think .... crap updated version of a once awesome show IMHO
