if anybody has the history channel there is a show on about the autobahn (Wednesday 9:00 PM EST). this show is pretty interesting and they also show a RUF Porsche doing 200 on the autobahn.

i dont know exactly what model RUF it was but they showed a RUF employee testing a customers car on the autobahn, they reached an indicated 212 miles per hour!!!

I think they were most likely talking about the RTurbo. I've seen that hit something like 208mph near Las Vegas in one of the Gumball 3000 rallies...
