Red eye reduction.. what do you use?

i haev windows and a camera, i took a pic, my eyes are red. anybody wanna tell me a method of gettin rid of it? thanks.

anyway that doesnt raelly matter, it was implyed.

quit dipping in to the dime-bag... works great for getting rid of red-eye...

seriously, I use PS to do it, when the red-eye reduction on my camera(s) doesn't work quite well enough...

1) only when its free
2) i wanna use ps7, but i dont know what its called or where the tool it. wanna help me out here? my brother told me that he layers it and some otehr stuff but i dont wanna go thought it all.. how do you do it?

quick and easy way... use the color picker to match the color you want/need and then use an appropriate sized paint brush on it... not the best way to do it, but it's late and I'm not going to go in to the other ways to do it...

What pisses me off is that the red eye reduction only works when I take pictures of people with red eyes

dont use the flash

EDIT:
to be honest i have used the flash 2-3 times in the full year this camera is in my life.i always make sure there is enough light available,or just dont snap a picture.
