    Consumer reports is government sponsored and nonprofit. They do not rum ads or anything so they can give a unbiased openion.

    Well sorry to say but it seems like your dad is a bit closed-minded then. I'm sure that must have crossed a lot of members minds here because Toyota have one of the highest quality ratings anywhere and it's not like a Camry is from Malaysia or something. Preference is better than ignorance. I've sat in a Camry and it's a bit more than what I can say about a lot of American cars. TRY IT OUT.
