    So you're saying that if those individual states had voted for Kerry, Kerry could've done the impossible job of reforming the entirety of FEMA and all associated aspects that failed in the short time he'd have been in office? What does Bush have to do with FEMA?

    Is that hard to put together my point? If Orefus says that Katrina was a 'punishment,' per se, of those who voted for Bush, then how is that any different than the earthquakes in Kashmir being a punishment of those who are Muslim?

    We often have debates on his policies, if you don't agree with them, post your opinions there but don't make yourself look foolish by posting stuff like this.
