Can you unstick a sticky thread?

Its easy to unstick a sticky, I made it a sticky about a week ago, just thought it would be easier to keep all the jokes on one thread instead of having many threads whenever a member has a joke they wanted to share.

I guess that's true. But after a while, won't that thread will become so large that no one will view it except for the last page or two.
