GC SRT8 vs. Cayenne Turbo

i've seen video of the GC, and for some reason i dont like the way it sounds. doesnt fit a jeep. jeeps are supposed to be for off roading anyway, not for racing. the Rubicon was a much better idea on their part.

I looked real hard at the STR8 before buying a Cayenne Turbo. Test drove both nurmerous times over a four month period. Did my homework. Went back and drove them again. More homework... You get the picture.

I honestly didnt think that 0.5 second difference in 0-60 time was worth making a decision on one over the other. The Jeep is fast, I will give it that. But so is the Cayenne Turbo. But the Porsche was so much nicer in every other area it isnt fair to compare the two. The only other issue that kept me from leaning 100% with the Porsche was the distance in which I would need to drive to take it to a dealer.

In the end I got the Cayenne Turbo and just love it...

Porsche any day of the week.
German = Quality
USA = poor craftsmanship, sloppy engineering-hence half the price tag.

cayenne turbo s. its faster plus it's much better built any would probably work better than the SRT8 off road (they lowered the SRT8, while cayenne has 5-level air suspension)

I love the Cayenne Turbo and everything about it, it's stupid and ridiculous but that's the point of it. And even if the Jeep is quicker, who's going to pick Jeep over Porsche? My guess is if they have the money they'll buy the Porsche.

None, becuase having perfomance SUV's are pointless. Sorry.

But I must admit that the Jeep has a nice exhuast note to it.
