Guess whose back... not really didnt go anywhere

i've been away from the forums for about two to three weeks. my reason, which i had no chance at all to tell you guys is that i was accepted into UNIBE, a university in Dominican Republic, and when i got the call, its was a thursday ( 1/6/06 iirc) @ 6 pm. this is because i sent my application in last minute, and i got accepted, and the school was starting next week tuesday(1/10/06). so i rushed , told at most 5 ppl who kept calling me after that night, since they asked if i was gonna be busy the week school started. and while all that is going on, im buying anything im gonna need, etc etc, plane tickets, packing, and had a wedding the night b4 the flight, which was sunday morn (1/8/06) @ 6am.
anyways, im here now , studying medicine, straig out of highskool, glad i bypassed the mcats in this process. its approx 6 years here, and then finish with residency. anyways, thats my story. no dorms here, so got an apartment here, and its pretty nice. the weather is just perfect, around 75-80 all day, windy here and there, and im here in the 'winter season'.
whats hard though is that getting internet here requires a long process, so i just use the wireless connections i pick up at night.
