    MINI Cooper S!!!

    unfortunately for that price you cant get leather or the H/K stereo

    At the risk of sounding like a ricer, the new Civic Si goes for around 22k.

    you can get a 2006 mustang with a v6 for between 19,800 and 20,800, but i think i'd pay the extra 5 grand and get a v8...

    Ill be the first to say new cars are a waste of money...

    Anyway, to sort of answer the question, there are a lot of nice cars for under $22k

    Yeah, I'd go for the Si. It'd kick the tC's ass anyday. The Si maxes out at 22 grand with the navigation system and summer tires. It also comes with a LSD. What better deal can you get?

    $19K without the navigation system Great choice IMO, I would definitely get that car.
