Update 2: I settled with 3.75GHz @ 1.4v.
The BIOS would post at 3.8GHz but Vista would crash while starting up, even at 1.4v. Highest settings I managed was 3.76GHz (470 x 8) but the RAM was only running at 940MHz, so I settled with 3.75GHz and DDR2-1000. A very nice overclock I think.

If you look really hard you can probably find DFP for that range....I think the actual retail price is in 100-120 range....
