I'm presuming it's an 'artist's impression' of what the new Maserati Coupe will look like. The current 4200GT is getting a little long in the tooth, and that in itself was just a development of the 3200, so I imagine its replacement will be coming in the next year or two. That pic is just a PSed mash-up of the current Coupe and the QP, so I doubt it'd look much like that.

The new Coupe is rumoured to take styling cues from the classic A6GCS Berlinetta Pininfarina. It'll also have a 4.7-litre V8 which they'll share with Alfa Romeo. And it'll be based on the M139 platform, as will the 8C.
