The GT500 has a solid rear end, like the GT, but handling is still greatly improved.

1.) Its a solid rear end.
2.) The Corvette has had IRS since 1963.

Where do you get your drugs? A glorified hair dressers car is a boxter, a Mustang GT500 is a balls to the wall monster.

Are you sure about that Slicks? I've read many a time that the GT500 has an independent rear.

One of the best things you've ever said.

The Mustang is a big scary monster, not an MX5/Miata.

The GT500, please I want practicality for when I'm shifting people and gear. It's plenty fast anyway, you're kind of restricted to the road you drive on, so what's the point of having a negligible amount of real-world performance and less practicality?

0-60, 0-100 and the quarter mile are not accurate representations of a car's ability to perform. In-gear acceleration is much more important, as it gets you to overtake, and cruising out of harm's way. Just out of interest, what are the in-gear performance times? The important ones are 30-50mph, 50-70mph and 80-100mph.

Slap some carbon fiber on the Gt500 and it will beat the C6 anytime, i prefer the Gt500 since it seems that it will have more mods than the c6 ever had

    ROFLMAO

Oh man, you're a crack up.

How much carbon fibre were you planning on having? The entire body, or the engine as well?

not much, i like the Gt500, even though it outweighed the c6 by a few hundred pounds, it still would be a good street car. put forced induction on it and no c6 is coming close to me.

The car does have forced induction. It outweighs the C6 by like 700lbs. You can loose alot of weight in the car fast but still some people want a actually drivers car not some ligthned track monster.

There is no excuse for this, there is a picture of the engine on the first page! You can clearly see the superchager...
