    V8 Supercar Bodykits...

Ok, so I know they hang down too far and they are probably illegal on the street and yudda yudda yudda...
My question is do any of you fine gentlemen know who makes fibreglass copies of V8 supercar kits, specifically the AU Falcon...
I know someonnnnne does them because I bought a rear bumper for an AU V8SC in fibreglass from a wrecker for a hundred bux. I want the rest of the kit. Any tips, clues or leads?

Your best bet would talking to someone who has an AU supercar and asking them who makes theirs for them.

AU is the model code. The AU model Falcon was replaced by the BA model.

Theres a company in Sydney, the name escapes me right now, they make alot of fibreglass/carbon fibre stuff for Fords, they might be able to help.

Other than that i'd recommend giving one of the teams a ring, maybe going around to a few places that might be able to custom make one, or all else fails delve into your creative side and try making one yourself.

You could also try going to a race where there's an AU running and try and swipe a broken one after a crash

Hey Slick, already have the rear bumper, am after the rest of the kit, and, because the car is white, I'm toying with the idea of respraying in a darker colour to through the whollopers off the 'cars too low' scent.
Thanks for that FPV, I'll check em out.

You don't want fiberglass. ABS plastic. Spend the extra now, or spend even more later.

IIRC, some of the teams actually use fibreglass.

Haha, the way I drive??? Me thinks Fibreglass for the bumbers n skirts and a Carbon rear wing. Looked at that site FPV and yeah its not what I was thinking, theyve kind of bastardised the front airdam, made it smaller. Yuk.
