Actually the 'facelifted' Sagaris incorporated changes that allows it to be sold in more countries worldwide (I heard something about the original side exit exhaust system not being road legal in the USA)...I've seen Sagaris' in left hand drive with various european registrations. See Below.
The Sagaris has a French registration, the Tuscan 2 S is LHD, then there's the Mk1 Tuscan, although the plate's been PS'd it IS an Italian-registered car.
