Single-seater? Not really right-hand-drive, is it?
Single-seater? Not really right-hand-drive, is it?
For a lefty, it would be heaven.
The RHD world would actually had more leverage on this argument had the British buckle up and continue to contribute rather than sitting down there, contemplating whether to add milk, or strawberry or a hint of cinnamon into their tea.

This is interesting, to conclude:
First it was Keep Left (hence RHD) because swordsman could yield their swords (using their stronger hand, RIGHT) so to see oncoming person as friendly or aren't.
Then wagons with a few horse tied to, with the carriagemen sitting on the last, left horse so that he could lash all with his stronger arm (right).
Then it was British empire that thrown 'keep left' rule all over the world.
Then it was Napolean, who made many switch to 'keep right'.
The Americans, fending off British rule, did everything to remind themselves as being un-british.
and so on..... Read this,
RHD VS LHD
p.s. The funny thing is, why escalators in UK remind people to keep right so that people can pass by ??????

Or the influence of the French as they fought the war of independance for the Americas
a "fabricated" rule.p.s. The funny thing is, why escalators in UK remind people to keep right so that people can pass by ??????
It is NOT, in many cases it depends on the usage. If the builidng layout includes a clockwise linked escalator setup then staying to right is natural and preferred. If anti-clockwise, it's left

Ever been to London?
As for racing cars using the gearstick on the right; I would presume that it would allow faster changes.
Since most people aren't race drivers, I'd prefer it if they kept their concentration on the steering.
