Its a dutch promo vid and about 7/8ths the way through the chick finally grabs the stig and we get some words out of him.
Only thing i can pick is he isnt British from the sound of it unless any British locals want to fight about it.

It's Ben Collins, sometimes it is other people depending on either manufacturer requests (Renault F1 car, Mercedes SLR) or availability.
This has been known for a long time.

I bet the BBC wish they could afford Damon Hill; he really doesn't need the money. First Stig was Perry Mcarthy ... he even said so himself in his biography. Pretty certain the current Stig is Ben Collins.

Who knows who The Stig is? It would seem like it is Ben Collins but that could be a load of crap as well. It is best that we don't know who The Stig is. When the Dutch lady interviewed him (I saw this on youtube before) it could just be someone else in The Stig's uniform, who knows?
The Stig is best left as a mystery.
