It's sad - but as long as I'm not a politician I can say it: the earth is overpopulated if 90% of the population died the remaining 10% would be better of. Besides the "conservation" you talk about create jobs too. You're saying because someone is poor they should be allowed to keep burning jungle and hunting endangered species? Then what? After a few generations the same tribes would be living in the ashes with nothing left to hunt.
Global climate change. Just because it is cold and rainy here today doesn't mean that locally this year has all potential to be the warmest one in over a century.

Global warming = AVERAGE GLOBAL temperatures rising.
Specific local conditions cannot be used as a basis for judging it. The reason why people call it climate change now is because nobody seems to get that.
Until people start realising that, we're going to continue to hear all the "GLOBAL WARMING IS FAKE CUZ ITS COLD OUT LOL" arguments.
Well.. we do have several billion people who continuously release CO2, so i guess it's time to start shooting random people on the street.
I'll start by getting Al Gore, that hypocrite asshole.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
I like the way you think, although he's kinda funny.
So if it's getting gradually colder, 1, why call it global warming? and 2, what is wrong with it getting cooler?
He came dancing across the water
With his galleons and guns
Looking for the new world
In that palace in the sun
On the shore lay Montezuma
With his cocoa leaves and pearls

Yes, well in my opinion the term global climate change is as good since global warming brings a lot of fringe effects with it. The climate will become significantly colder in some parts and many parts will be affected changed weather conditions and phenomena both big and small. Global warming = global climate change.
