Hey in the US don't you have the right to storm congress or something if the government is repressive or something, wasn't that built into the consitution along with the whole arms thing. Actually, I was referring to the time period after slavery was abolished. Even as recent as the 1910s and 1920s, it was still legal to protect yourself and your property. If someone was on your property attempting to steal your horse or tractor or whatever, you could shoot at him and not worry about going to jail for it or being sued (by the criminal of all people).

Yeah, any President who is in office during a 4.4% unemployment rate and in which 160,000 jobe were added just last month and the stock market just hit a record high two times last week, sure is a "miserable failure!"
