    What is the green thing?

    Looks pretty cool.

As for this argument I think the both of you need to drive a kilometer (or mile) in the other's shoes to see what it's like driving in different parts of the world in different cars.

I think that green thing was black. I had to lighten up the photo a lot because it was taken at night.

I heard the owner call it a Chester something or other. I was hoping someone here could identify it.

    Good idea! I'll supply Henk with something with a lot of low-end torque, like a '70 Buick GS 455 Stage 1 (510-lbs/ft) or a '70 Olds 4-4-2 455 (500 lbs/ft).
I'll ask him to drive it and boil the tires (burn rubber) and I'll get some pics.

the "green/black" thing is a Lotus XI clone, probably a Westfield but there are more versions available.

Yeah, that's it! Westfield sounds familiar. Forget I said "Chester."

I actually don't think it is a Westfield, they sport a round badge, and this one is square....

Edit: found a pic of a Westfield with a square badge

I do think the owner did say Westfield.
There is about a 50/50 chance that it will be back at the show again. If so, I'll ask the owner exactly what it is.

I personally think it's down to different conditions and requirements between different markets, that's all.
