That's not a real road course, the Isle of Man TT and Dundrod TT (an I'm sure many others like that besides) use proper road circuits.
Buying a car and not driving it is like buying a meal and not eating it.

    i was there on Monday

Hey everyone, new to this forum. How is everybody.

I was in Long Beach on Monday and I was driving on the track. Not closed off, but everything was pretty much set up, the street was quite and it felt like I was alone there. Pretty cool, just wish I was in an ALMS car.

Did anyone notice how much the ABC commentators compared Long Beach to being as prestigious as Monaco?

Yes, I couldn't believe my ears.

We've had so many city courses that have been crap...Long Beach may be slightly less crap... but it being located in California doesn't make it prestigious.
