And thank goodness for that. Based on the size of the current X5, the X7 would have to be the size of a Challenger 2 Tank.

Thank God. As a VW higher-up once said, the X5 is the largest vehicle you can park in Europe; anything else is impossible.

Hopefully they'll spend the money building a faster and better M_.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Although they never really contributed anything to the real 4x4 market. Who's next?

But the X5 isnt that big. I'm not sure Europe would be its priority anyway. Its not for the X5.

Yay! Now focus on more and better looking "Ultimate Driving Machines".

Does the X5 have 3 rows of seats? If it doesn't, then the X7 might have had 3 rows. Then it would have been massively huge!

Canceling the x7 is nice... but X1? what's that going to look like? BMW Vitara?

The X5 has just two rows of seats.

But if you need to carry people you can always buy a people carrier.

I guess that's not a compensating device though...

The current X5 has three rows of seats; front, rear and jumpseats.

I was given one as a loner while my M6 was being serviced, it's a tank. The best handling tank I've ever driven, but a tank none the less.

Of course not. It's the badge that they're after.

So is it two or three rows guys? Make up your minds!

I'm sure it handled well. The X6 is supposed to be amazing. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a stupid niche car that serves no purpose.

I wished for better BMWs too!

It's three. I was confused with the old X5.

But the thing is Nic is right, no matter how amazing it is it will never be as good as a car.
