I found this on that website. ''Most model gun replicas work, function and operate EXACTLY like the real thing (except they do not fire a forward projectile) which makes them completely safe to use and own. No license, certificate or documentation is required to purchase or own. These are like the type of replicas seen in movies which looks like real bullets are being fired, with shells ejecting flying through the air, barrel smoke, everything you get from a real gun in action except no forward projectile is fired which makes them completely safe.''

By the way here is what I want. DeEagle50AE Silver

Desert Eagles suck anyway. Too big, heavy, and ammo is expensive. Kimber .45 FTW. And why do you need a fake gun anyway?

Incorrect. All sorts of crap comes flying out of the barrels, and they can, and have, killed people, film sets included. Have a look at any behind the scenes footage from a film shoot where replicas are fired near crew and camera, they use perspex shields around themselves.

If you actually want to shoot someone get an airsoft....which is less powerful than a BB gun but more realistic look and feel. Shoots 6mm plastic pallets, with blowback, just no shell injection in most cases...

Although I think even if the aforementioned model blank firing gun is not actually capable of shooting, since its a replica it still needs orange tip....

not exactly cheap though if you end up wanting make it look nice and interesting...
