This is why I prefer simpler, less expensive performance toys. They take more abuse and are cheaper and easier to repair if you do break something.

I mean, 20K for a new tranny??? I've got a new Versa that costs less than that. Sounds like Nissan needs to take some of these "nanny disabling" buttons off the car.....or engineer a transmission that won't frag if you attempt to drive it too close to its actual potential. What I'd really like to read is a write-up of just how fast this car is when you drive it in a manner that doesn't invalidate the warranty.
