Well in theory it is street legal, however anybody who drives that on the streets is a complete idiot.

Nah, it doesn't look as aggressive as the Charger. If you want to make the Charger more aggressive, then put a huge supercharger on it a la The Fast and the Furious, or just put that blown 572 Hemi in it. The Charger as a base standard production car is as badassed as they come - I know this is subjective but just look at it - you may not like it but is there any car that looks meaner?
