USA
Mexico (its cheap and always hot)
Australia (preferably somewhere we won't be killed/poisoned/dismembered)

I'm up for that, being in Sydney means cheap flights aroound the country. w00t for the $150 return flights to Hobart to see an ex-work friend for...catching up....

I've got to buy a new set of winter tyres for my Enzo Ferrari, I may be a bit short on cash.
We'll see if I can make it.

This is Canada, not Britain. It's tire, and if you want to take that up, go look at a Canadian dictionary. You may say you're not Canadian and that's fine by me but I'll tell you right now when I spell things in French or say things in French I speak Quebecoise not French French.
Turn off the Top Gear reruns.
Meh I drive in race mode/TC off year-round.
My primary language is French, therefore I can learn whatever English dialect I like, and I prefer British English. But I know the differences in language in Canadian, British and American English though. Viva la interwebz. For the slang at least.
Oh and maybe a bit of Aussie slang too (not much), but I have to admit the last time I spoke with one (Cyco on my cellphone) I didn't understand a single thing. Unlike you Kitdy, you were very easy to understand.

Well Eureop is a collection of nation states really
Can't really say "continent" any more as we add new ones on a semi-regular basis
Oh yes , I invested big in the US when it was at $2.09 to the poundHey, I may be young but I still remember the 80¢US Euro. I just checked on the conversion rate, and you're right.
Now at $1.65 .... so time to pull it back !
You've 70 years of "life" to do them in.So many events, so little time and money.
When I make a 24-digit salary I too wish to go to all of those events.
Just a matter of timing
Which is not bad ... or is thsat some cheap huddled with the cattle and nothing to eat/drink flight ?It's costing me $220 to fly cross country to NY.
Granted they don't walk into the street and get hit by a bus tomorrow. That would be a case of BAD timing .
lol good picture of the mustang Fiset. They must've built a limited run of FWD mustangs that I wasn't aware of.

True, true...
I guess good old-fashioned American laziness is to blame for the relative lack of meetups here then.
Wow smart/lucky bastard!Oh yes , I invested big in the US when it was at $2.09 to the pound

Indeed it's not bad, but for somebody who is already struggling with expenses flying out to meet some people from the internet is a tad straining on the wallet.Which is not bad ... or is thsat some cheap huddled with the cattle and nothing to eat/drink flight ?
It's taking me about 12 hours and 3 different planes, but aside from that it should be relatively normal.
A friend of mine is flying to Cleveland and he told me that the cheapest LA to Cleveland flight is $230, but that LA to Philly with a connection in Cleveland is only $190, so he's taking that flight and "missing" his connection. Cheaper and a direct flight, damn.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
since you all are speaking of flights, ive never taken a plane in my life. pretty pathetic huh?

^ heaps of people haven't. my gf hadn't been on a plane at all until this year. i know i only started to regularly use domestic flights in recent years, because it's cheaper than driving (cost of fuel, food, time, + 1-4 speeding tickets etc etc)
