Not a whole lot of women sound that hopefull about being kidnapped...

I still can't get over the fact that someone born in 1990 is 18. I feel so freaking old.

And Cam if you want to fly to BC and grab cargirl at one of the two alberta airports, you guys can hop in the benz with me and we'll set off from here.
Sadly, I'm a bit short on coin at the moment.

A large scale UCP meetup will have to wait for me. There are a few here on the east coast that have tried to meet up in past the ECC (Rocke, Patt, Quiggs, J#5, and Fizzy); but they failed miserably. I could meet up with Fizzmaster Flash at some point as he's somewhat close.

I'd love to see BC - the furthest west I've been is Detroit for the car show there in 2008. In Canada, it's pretty sad that I've only ever travelled to Quebec and flown over The Maritimes.

    EDIT:

Well this isn't something we're planning on doing in the very near future anyway. Its just a great spot for us to figure things out so that when people decide they're ready, there's not much left to discuss and we can just go ahead with it. No pressure. We'll do this one day.

Anywhere in Europe is fine for me. I'd drive max. 14 hours per day, but if i can crash at someone's place it's fine for even longer. I can pick up some other people on the way too, no problems. I'd say Paris is pretty central, though there are also a lot of Dutch members so maybe in the NL ? ?

For the USA, in May I am seriously thinking of going to a party in Detroit for 4-5 days. If i could combine this with the meet-up it'd be awesome !

i'd reccomend a smaller event rather than a huge well known one.
while the latter would be great, of course there's hundreds of other people going so accomodation could be costly if you can't crash at someone's house. something along the lines of an improved production race event or similar. still enjoyable, and easier to attend.
