In 2004 they used two Astra V8 DTM Coupés for the 24h endurance race at the famous Nurburgring Nordschleife. Since that Team Schall Motorsport still uses one of these cars for the VLN Endurance Race Series on Nurburgring Nordschleife (sadly no pictures of that).

In turbo guise they are pretty fast apparently. Get one.The mk4 Astra coupe is my all time favourite model (styled by Bertone). Suprisingly there are quite a few of them going about around where i live and they seem to hold their value when well looked after compared to the saloon.
