My company CEO rolled up in this...

An Ultima Can Am, which (rumor has it) sits nicely in the garage next to his R8... makes sense in Deutschland.

I know, not the craziest or most impressive automotive specimen in the world, but as a close relative to the Ultima GTR - one of the highest-performing street legal cars in the world - I figured it was worth a post (flame away). Not sure why anyone would opt for the roadster version on a strictly performance-minded kit car, but I'm not about to question the Boss enjoy

I love kit cars. they are perhaps some of the best performing bargain cars you can find (almost as good as a corvette!).

But having a roadster version of a kit car doesn't effect performance. The basic fiberglass bodies are strictly not structural and the frame is the same in both a coupe or roadster form.

Sick car though. Do you know what motor hes put in it?

Seems like he is quite a car enthusiast, at least not another douche CEO with no automotive knowledge and an average Ferrari.

Having struggled climbing in and out of the GTR then the appeal of the Can Am ist klar

What you should do is suggest to him that it could help the business if he ran a draw each month and the winner got to drive the Can Am for a day For coming up with such a great motivational idea you should of course have it for a weekend !!

( HP UK did similar with a Porsche 911. Most successful salesman in the UK woudl get a 911 for the next month as his comapny car. After 3-4 crashes they stopped. WHAT did they expect giving a 911 to someone who thinks he's god and normally drove a Vectra !! DON'T TELL HIM THAT )

Ah, you must work for Spatz. I've spoken to your boss a couple of times on Pistonheads. He's also got a Cayenne, 911 and an R8 ... but we shall forgive him because of this.
