    Africa is not for sissies............

    This happened to a overlander....In the Kgalagadi desert National park.
    Normally there are no roadside assistance, and you need to improvise to get to a place that can help or to get the insurance to take over

    Uh ... wow that's a major problem. How did that happen? Bummer for him because getting that thing to the nearest qualified repair shop will take a lot of money and time.

    Looks like the rear of the bed had been over loaded and the chassis rails snapped after bumping over some whoopties.
    Amazingly clean break... Toyota should see that. Repair might be simple enough, but big-assed gussets are a must.
    Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...
