they will pay the agreed value no problem, but the value agreed on was the sticking point in the first place given the bespoke parts.
if enough is salvageable, say the driveline for instance, then we'll have enough to transfer it into a fresh shell and end up with something not quite as bespoke but near identical to drive.
if nothing is salvageable, then there isn't enough to start another triumph up from scratch will have to look at something else.
for instance, i don't even know if there is anyone who makes those fibreglass bonnets/front ends any more?
