    Old cars and grinders.....

There must be a law that prohibit a person[runt] to use a grinder on an old car or for that matter any car......jeeezzz i get furious if i see this. Was on holiday in January and picked up an electrical problem on my Merc 190E, and had to look for an auto electrician. He was the man with the grinder and actually very chuffed on what he did.....

I wanted to tell him what i think of him but i was scared it will reflect on my account!!

I didn't know Granadas were available with 3 litre engines.

(The Ford Granada was the same as our Taunus, wasn't it?)

The Corvair Monza (never knew they were sold in South Africa!) actually did come as a convertible model, so that may not have been a DIY job.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Thought at first it might be a Spyder too (look at the webs!) but the A pillar was definately hacked.
The entire header should also have a chrome trim across it. The Granada? Think the rollbar does any good?
Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...
