Or 18 yr old bogan that thinks a turbo imitator is cool. I imagine if a cop thought you actually had a turbo, you could definitely get pulled over. Whether or not you'd get fined is another thing. In my experience, if a cop doesn't like the look of you they'll flag you down for a 'random' breath test.

That happens often here as well. In the old Audi I'd get pulled easily if there was a police control, but in newer cars this doesn't happen quite as much, especially if you drive inconspicous ones.
