Anyone on here play an instrument?

This thread does just what is says on the tin, do any of you lot play an instrument?

Here's my guitar. It's an Encore Strat. Got it for 100 pound on eBay.co.uk in a bundle with strap, amp, lead, picks and bag. The amp is only 10w, with only very a basic distortion effect. But if i do well in my SATs (still waiting for results) I'm getting a Line6 Spider II, a 75w amp with eight sound models and loads of effects.

It's see-through red, with a pearlescent scratchplate. The 'plate is a bit cheesy looking, but I don't really mind. It doesn't sound particularly brilliant, but it's been a decent guitar to start off with.

    I can play:
Just Like You, Home, Now or Never, all by Three Days Grace,
By The Way, Can't Stop, Californication all by Red Hot Chili Peppers,
    Meant To Live by Switchfoot
James Bond tune and the Simpsons theme
Europa (parts of it), Victory Is Won, Smooth (some of it), all by Santana
All My Life - Foo Fighters
Last Train Home by the Lostprophets
    Change The World by P.O.D.
    And a good few others...

Piano, keyboard, a bit of acoustic and fun with an electric guitar.

Cubase for composition and creating backing tracks for mates bands

Got the chance to get a PigNose guitar at Scottish Music Show a few years back, great fun and the easiest way to gig with mates. .....

The classic sound of PigNose, great fret and action and can carry it to parties !!!

I play the guitar, I have a jackson JS 30, got it for $500 with a Dean-Markley amp, strap and cords. I don't play all the time, just when ever I get the chance. I have the guitar in the first pic, its the color of the second.

I used to play the piano then i stoped, then the guitar, for about3 years, and i play about 2-4 hours a day, i have an electro acustic(barely play it),a normal yellow spanish guitar (my first) and an electric les paul ( not a gibson though, they're expensive enough for right-handed people!).
i play the normal spanish one most often thought, because most the time i cant be arsed to get out the guitar and the case and the amp...
Loads of songs i can play, but not from just one genre, from samba to jazz to rock to the corny pop songs you get..
ah well, tis all good though,
music and cars, thats what its all about

ive played guitar for 5 years now and i have 2 very nice guitars and 1 piece 'o crap amp. i have a 1995 american stratocaster...black w/ white pickguard. i also have a very nice Martin 000C-16GTE. the list price is somthing like $1700 and i got it new-except-for-one-tiny-exterior-dent for $800 granted i got it at the tiny local store where i was taking lessons 3 years ago. as for the amp its not really worth mentioning but its a tiny Crate GX-20. i do alot of fingerpicking etc and listen to stuff like the who, the stones, the beatles, bob marley, OAR, and a number of small newer bands mostly ska or rock

I played the flute from 1960 to 1964 to be followed by three years of clarinet in our local music band. As i could not march and play in tune at the same time, my public performances have been very limited, and I lost interest pretty soon. Another important reason for loosing out was that playing an instrument allegedly requires studying, which is sometime difficult when other priorities emerge.
