Those car from F&F were basically made to look good. There were very little engine modifications done and they used the publics cars too

secondly - i dont think you can call some of the main cars ricers. the supra is a fast car normally and well powered so how does addin a bodykit make it a ricer. the Evo is a fast car in real life and would beat just about anything round a right twisty track. the skyline is one hell of a car in real life so again adding a few stickers doesnt make it rice and with the NOS in these 3 it will make them perform better at times. Sure these might be typical trades of Rice but those cars - in my opinion - couldnt be classed as rice. the extras in that movie were all ordinaly peoples cars, there is a good chance that these werent to the spec of the "film cars" so some of them i guess are rice
Thirdly arent all cars "public cars" unless they are either race cars or the like ?
