    you guys are unbeleiveable... your judging his leading ability by the fact that his umbrilla got caught by a gust of wind and was turned inside out?... ever have a umbrilla in gusty wind? guess not...

    that being said i still get a chuckle everytime i look at those pics... its a humorous situation, no reflection of his leading abilitys or intellegence. if the same happened to an everyday joe would you question his IQ or ability to do his job?(note: "yes, if he's an umbrilla holder" is not a correct answer

    Notice there is another umbrella in the pictures? He doesn't seem to be having a problem...

    I have never tried to hold an umbrella under a helicopter so I will reserve my comments.
