    fav american SUV/truck

i am cimpletely in love with the dodge ram - that stance - that aggressive looks yet subtle and simple but it looks totally demented interior could be touched up though and one more thing the performance is ****in mind blowing

My dad had a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and 2 months ago traded it for a 2003 Chevy Avalanche 1500 Z71. Big and red. Very comfortable ride. It's my new favorite SUV.

My dad was looking at the new Ram. It was his second choice. But the Av was better overall for what he needed.

Yeah, and the 350 bhp Diesel engine. Imagin the amount of Torque you get. It must be over 550 lb/ft. Any of you Americans know the figures.

600Ibs/ft or 813NM of torque - thats madness and thats the beauty of diesel engines - the torque masters

    the hummer

my favorite american suv is the hummer because it can tame almost any terrian. it probably has the best off road performance in the world; besides the lamborghini off-roaders.

The ultimate has to be the Hummer H1, followed by the H2, Ford Excursion and then the Chevy Yukon Denali, but all the big SUV's are priced insanely.

As far as the trucks go .... my pick is the Dodge Ram over the Avalanche, but only 'cuz I hate all that plastic body-cladding on the Chev ....looks like a toy !!
