Now that would make one hell of a kickass helmet for biking if you could find one for sale.

letting button wear that won't make much sense, cuz the back of the helmet probably won't be visible during most part of the race. unless you like to see him wear it and walk around in the paddock.

could be a nice one for a bike, people will think twice before overtaking you (look~ crazy clown, don't make him mad or else he will squirt me with a water gun )

In Europe as long as the helmet passes the safety tests you can pretty much do what you like - the exception would be pornography which is covered by another law.
The paint job itself is no problem but the cops is going to go after that visor.

I was at the Traffic School (because I didn't fully stop at the "Stop" sign and gotten a ticket for it ) a while back and somebody brought up the question of if they can put graphics/letters on the windshield (kind of like the sun blockers/ads on touring cars) and the instructors said the cops can write you a ticket if they think it's not safe. Sad, huh?

In the UK some of these are legal as long as it'a daylight.
Our law requries certain level of light transmission, whether it's reduced by tint or by the holes in the image it doesn't matter.
But out night time and daylight levels are different/.
So a rider with this visor would have to carry a clear one for driving in the dark.

It's a sore point with riders over here as a tinted visor is infinitely safer with a setting sun and only marginally worse than clear in darkness. But the cops will pull you and if you're not clear it's a fine. In the meantime all the SUVs and ricers go around with the dark tints and don't break the law.
I use a helmet with a built-in flip-down tinted internal visor - a bit like fighter helemts Kids love it
