GenIII Chev, 6 speed, 225kw. 4x4 version will also be available. Not as big as your trucks.

Indeed, this is not a heavy truck.Would this Lumina/Vauxhaul based model be massively produced?

Massively for the Australian market anyway. Total ute sales for the year is expected to be around 30,000 I believe although this includes standard cab styles as well. Ford Australia are supposed to be looking at something similar.

    Question Huh?

You guys call that a truck? Oh well it looks a lot nicer than the new SSR we're getting over here if you ask me. Much more practical too I'm sure.

It aint really a truck. I though Id just let you guys see a variation on the theme. I know you guys like things big. You right though, I rekon its a little more practical unless you have to tow a tank.

if u asked me, id say that the normal falcon utes are utilitys, the commodore utes are coupe-utilitys. this is car based, so no, it isnt a truck. the only evidence ford australias shown about interest in a duel cab, car based ute was the R5, which showed itself ages ago, but if u take the territory as a comparison, they started development in 1998 for that, so ford may well be developing such a product in secret, which is unlike them after the launch of the BA
