    Orca C113

I read about it in an article of auto week
the production version uses a twin turbocharged audi V-8 and weighs 1860 pounds
performance, 0-60 in just 2.7 seconds, and top speed around 258 mph, should be a road legal production car, sold in europe in 2004 i believe

    for more pics:

From all that i see this is better than any ferrari, lamborghini, or Saleen, all of which I love

I agree. The 80's kit car styling is awful.

    Price ??

It will be very hard to sell with these looks. I guess if the price is exceptional they might be able to sell a bunch of them.

Any idea on prices yet ?

the price is much less than you would expect: around $260,000, and that has to be one of the most modestly priced supercars, and a supercar of incredible performance at that. And thinking of it, I'd take it over a veryon, its got about half the horsepower, engine, and turbos, but at the same time, has much better weight, and even better performance, and personally, I like the styling, but it looks like they got it a bit from the F50.

I mean the grille, and maybe the rear wing, but I mean the aerodynamics

it's not the best looking car in the world but i think it's pretty sweet looking. plus it's performance is mind bending.

I still dont see the connection, but i do agree - the looks could be better, but the mind bending performance makes up 4 it

The fastest road production car in the world by such a small manufacturer, but then again, not many people knew about McLaren except in the F-1 world. I'm pretty sure its road safe, and i know its going into production, i think 2004 or maybe even this fall, I hope its going to make an article for the monthly magazines, and it better.

    Unhappy

its not to be sold in america, and i can see why, but then again, the road safety association or whatever is probably gonna make them limit the top speed because you know, someone might drive 258 mph on the road?
