    Why wouldn't you pronounce the 'ig' (ko-en-ig-segg)

    I've always gone with 'cone-ig-segg'

    a lot of times h and g's are partially silent, and i dont know the language, so it was just a good ol' american guess!

    How do the Americans pronounce "Vehicle" ? I've heard quite a few pronunciations, from "Vay-hicle" to "Vey-call". Can anyone shed some light on this? It's always confused me a bit.
