Lol, I don't see what defragging is going to do. Besides, you can only defrag when you have at least 15% HD space free I think... My advice would just to get a cheapish internal HD, not an external one.

you can defrag whenever you want, and it frees up a little bit of space, while also reducing the time it takes to get a file off the hard drive.

i have a 40gig HDD, i have about 20gig if that. you dont NEED all that crap on there. just get a DVD burner, you can get one for like 250AUD (175USD) and blank dvds are like 20 cents each, they hold 4.7 gig. easy

hey bluey most retailers around here, northern nsw sell 16X dual layer dvd burners from $70 to $100 AUD. But a 200 GIG WD SATA disc is only $135 anyway so id get both
