VERY common upgrade in the UK.
Also lost of kit cars use the Zetec.
What gearing and axle are you wanting to use ?
There are many options for mating to get the right mix for track or stage.
Some are stronger ( but heavier ) than others.
A serach on UK web sites on zetec and escort will likely turn up an exmaple of each of the optionsIf you're getting stuck drop me an PM. Guys in the kit car club usually know off the top of their heads the optiosn for mating the engine/box/axle for bets performance to meet your needs !!

10x for ur help ..... ive got 3.9:1 axle and was thinking abot a ford sierra gearbox or a
a fiat ritmo 1300 what u think ? im gonna use it for personal use and some racing ex quarter of a mile
