i keep getting a codec error, i tried right click save as, didnt work

i havent seen the video yet... but it's 21 MB and i was just wondering if this is the German tv show's review on the 430... or is it really a top gear review? coz 21MB is a bit short dont u think?

anyways... does anyone know where i can download top gear reviews? other than viper 007 and racing flix??? coz i;m on dial up so i dont really want to use torrent... and i cant seem to download stuff from racing flix anymore...
