The car I most regularly drive is a Morris Minor 1000. No synchromesh and it's by far the nicest gearbox I've ever used. Also I drive a Land Rover Defender 80 a lot, which also has no synchro gearbox and is good at what it does. Ex-girlfriend used to have a Rover V8 powered Defender, stripped down and very noisy. And I did a few driving lessons in an '03 Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 Diesel with power steering, and was generally piss easy and no fun to drive. Used to drive my Dad's '05 Range Rover V8 Vogue a lot, but don't so much anymore.

I've driven quite a few Cobra replicas, mainly based around a Jaguar V12 with pretty much Granada everything else or crate Ford Motorosport V8s with a whole variety of gearboxes. Also one of the strangest cars I've ever driven was a race-prepped Mini with geared steering. I've never been so scared of driving into a hedge in my life.
