0-100-0 record beaten by the Brits

A new record of 10.3 seconds was recorded yesterday at Bruntingthorp, half a second quicker than the previous effort.

The car was a prime example of Britains excellent low volume, high performance sports car industry, a 640bhp Ultima GTR.

A 377ci N/A Chevy V8 was the power source, in combination with a Porsche G50 transaxle.

The car is fully road leagal, using only factory parts, and was running road leagal tyres.

    0-60 in 2.8
    0-100 in 5.9
    100-0 in 4.4

    Edited for added Ultima.

Of course the it should be:
0-100-0 record retained by the Brits

Alas, shamefully, I am a slave to alliteration.

The previous holder was the Caterham R500 Evo, which re-took the title from Mosler, after the MT900S rudely snatched it from the "normal" R500.
    Thanks for all the fish

    Big deal

Who gives a sh#t. Register a F1 car on the road and you will get 0-160-0 in 5 seconds.
