Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the American Le Mans Series faced much uncertainty as Audi has refused to make clear their plans for 2008. Annoyed by IMSA's refusal to adopt the full ACO regulations, Audi has threatened only to race at selected events like Sebring. This would effectively decapitate the ALMS.
